“Cultural Participation Guidelines” was developed by the C4C Aboriginal Early Years Access Project in 2015.

The guidelines were developed to assist early years services in Greater Bendigo with the implementation of policy procedures and process, to boost the participation rates of Aboriginal people accessing the service system.
