Service provided
Kookaburra Speech Pathology is a mobile speech pathology service that specialises in working with children in the years before school.
Kookaburra Speech Pathology can work with families in their home, childcare or kinder and service the Castlemaine, Kyneton and Bendigo areas. The service specialises in supporting children who have had a trauma experience, and/or neurodiverse children including developmental delay, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability.
In addition, Kookaburra Speech Pathology provides coaching to early childhood educators, teaching practical strategies to further promote children’s language, pre-literacy and social skills in their childcare or kinder.
Eligibility Criteria
Children (0-7 years of age) who are a NDIS participant (self-managed or have a plan manager).
Early childhood educators.
