- Crisis intervention.
- Assesment
- Referral to appropriate supports.
- Short term therapeutic supports.
On-line or face to face appointments are available.
Free service.
Goal is service to integrate the mental health system and coordinate care for people
Target population
Any Victorian aged 12 and over.
Eligibility Criteria
For people who are concerned about their mental health, or someone they care for.
Referral pathway
Ring 1800 595 212.
Clients can walk in and self-refer.
No GP referral or Mental Health Care Plan is needed.
