  • Intake and Assessment
  • Counselling
  • Family Drug Support Program
  • Care Recovery Co-ordination
  • Peer support worker
  • Mobile Drug Safety Worker
  • Needle Syringe Program and Dispensing Units
  • Naloxone or Nyxoid Nasal Spray
  • Youth Services
  • Food Pantry

Target Population and Eligibility

Youth Services are for any person 12 and 25 years of age and provided through Headspace.

All other services are for anyone aged 16 and over who is experiencing AOD related issues or family members impacted by a persons use and addiction.

Pregnant women are not eligible for admission into Nova House.

Referral pathway

Anyone can make a referral.

For most people (self-referrals, friend/family members, workers in the early years sector) to make a referral contact the Australian Community Support Organisation (ACSO) consumer intake assessment line on between 9am and 5pm on 1300 022 760 and ask to be sent to Bendigo Community Health Services.
