Service details
TOD is the central intake service that offers individuals and families in need of support with an entry point to access the range of services they may require from across the specialist family violence, men’s family violence (perpetrator), child FIRST, child protection and Aboriginal service supports.
Service provided
A free service for adults, children and young people who are experiencing or have experienced family violence.
We can help where:
- Someone is making a person, child or young person feel afraid or unsafe such as a partner, ex-partner, family member or carer.
- Someone has experienced family violence, including controlling behaviour like monitoring where they go, who they visit or how they spend money.
Family violence covers a wide range of behaviours and actions, it can be:
- Physical
- Sexual
- Emotional
- Psychological
- Cultural
- Spiritual
- Financial
TOD is not just for people experiencing family violence – it’s there to help people who need support to change their behaviour and stop using violence in their relationships.

Target population
TOD – Loddon provides services to people in the local councils of Macedon Ranges, Greater Bendigo, Campaspe, Mount Alexander, Central Goldfields, and Loddon
Eligibility Criteria
Free service for adults, children, young people, regardless of migration status. People can seek help if they are a migrant or refugee or do not have permanent residency.
Referral pathway
Individuals can self-refer, walk in or call 1800 512 359.
Service providers can email Loddon@orangedoor.vic.gov.au with TOD referral form or call 1800 512 359 for a secondary consult.
