BDAC’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Disability Liaison Officer supports individuals seeking access to disability services. They also:

• help individuals and their carers access disability assessments,
• apply for access to the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme),
• support people participate in NDIS plan meeting and/or reviews.

Target population

Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander families.

To make a referral ring the Bridging Team on 0488 1691 725 or e-mail support@bdac.com.au . There may be a waiting list for this service, which the Bridging Team will discuss with referrers.
