Paediatric Speech Pathology
Service provided
The Community Health Outpatients (CHOP) service helps children aged 0-6 (prior to school entry) with impairment/delays in speech, language, voice, stuttering, mealtimes / feeding difficulties.
Primary school-aged children or children who are eligible for Early Childhood Approach (ECA) / NDIS are not eligible to receive services through CHOP.
In partnership with the City of Greater Bendigo, this service also offers Speaking Spot.
Target Population
Children from birth to school age, residing in the City of Greater Bendigo, who have concerns with speech, language, fluency or feeding are eligible for a service.
Referral Pathway
Health Care professionals, as well as Early Childhood and Education professionals, can refer children to this service. Please complete this referral form:
