- Care and Recovery Co-ordination
- AOD counselling
- AOD Family Support Sessions
- Building Bridges Therapeutic Day Rehabilitation Program
- Families at Risk, AOD Family Reunification Program
- AOD Overdose Prevention Case Management

Target Population
Any person who is experiencing AOD related issues or family members impacted by a persons use and addiction.
Eligibility Criteria
People aged 16 years and older who are motivated to address their AOD use and associated issues
Referral pathway
Referrals are accepted from:
- Self,
- Family,
- Significant others,
- Medical professionals,
- ACSO, and
- Support services.
